Grandma can come to the tea ceremony and skip the evening. Each person in a household answers for each event they are invited to.

Meals and dietary needs
Your own menu, an optional children’s menu, and a note for allergies and preferences. Access needs are asked on their own, so you can plan properly.

Plus-ones, on your terms
Give each household a set number of extra seats, up to ten, or leave it open. Plus-ones give their name and meal too.

Changes without the messages
Guests can update their reply until replies close. Close them yourself, or set a date and time, and see every change as it happens.

Guests can tap yes or no for each event from the home screen, then confirm the details on the reply page.

Post one reply link in a group chat for people without a personal link, with a cap on replies, and approve each one if you like.
The numbers, counted
Totals by event, by side and by age group. Meal counts for the kitchen, a list of dietary and access needs, children and parking requests. Filter who has replied, who hasn't, and who has not opened their invitation yet.

Can one guest reply for the whole family?
Yes. Replies are by household, so one person can answer for everyone in it, event by event.
Can guests change their RSVP?
Yes, until replies close. You can close them yourself at any time or set a date and time for them to close automatically.
How do we handle plus-ones?
Choose how many extra seats each household has, from none to ten, or leave it open. Each plus-one adds their name, meal and any dietary needs.
What about guests who aren’t on our list?
Turn on the open reply link and share it where you like. Each reply creates its own household, and you can approve replies before they count.
Can we export the replies for our venue?
