This policy explains how we collect, use and protect personal data when you use Love at First (Site), and the choices you have.
1. Who we are
Love at First (Site) ("the Service") is operated by TINYLabs ("TINYLabs", "we", "us"). This policy covers the Service at tryloveatfirst.site and its subdomains, and the host sign-in at love.gotinylabs.com.
Your TINYLabs account is covered by the TINYLabs Privacy Policy. Where the two differ on something specific to the Service, this policy applies.
2. Couples, guests and visitors
- Hosts (a couple and the helpers they invite) create and manage a site. We are responsible for the personal data in their accounts.
- Guests are invited by a couple. The couple decides who is invited and what to ask; we process guests' details on the couple's behalf and only to run their site.
- Visitors are people who browse our public pages or join our mailing list.
3. What we collect

Information collected automatically
Technical and usage information, such as device, browser, IP address, pages visited and links opened in our emails. We use it to keep the Service secure and working and to understand how it is used, in aggregate. We do not collect precise location.
4. Dietary and access needs
Dietary requirements and access needs may reveal information about a person's health or beliefs. They are collected only when a couple asks, are optional, are visible only to that couple and the helpers they choose, and are used only so the couple can look after their guests.

What we do not do
- We do not sell or rent personal data.
- We do not show advertising or share personal data with advertisers.
- We do not contact a couple's guests for our own marketing.
- We do not use sites, photos or replies to train artificial intelligence models.
6. Who can see a wedding site
Wedding sites are private. Access is decided by the couple, and the Service is built to keep each site within that circle.
- Guests open a site through a personal link issued to their household. Each household sees its own reply, and no one else's.
- The couple decides what each part of the site shows, who helps them manage it and what those helpers can see, and which wishes appear on the site.
- A couple may also set a site password. Visitors using it see only what the couple has chosen to share with them.
- Wedding sites and their photos are excluded from search engines.
- If a couple allows it, a preview image may appear when their link is shared in a messaging app.
A personal link works like a key to that household's invitation. Please keep it within your household.
7. Service providers
We use trusted providers for hosting, data storage, email delivery and analytics. They process personal data only on our instructions, under contracts that require them to protect it.
We may also disclose personal data where required by law, to protect the rights or safety of any person, or in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, in which case we will notify affected users. We do not otherwise share personal data without consent.
8. International transfers
Personal data may be processed outside the country in which it was collected. Where it is, we put appropriate safeguards in place, such as contractual commitments that provide a comparable standard of protection.
9. Cookies
We use only strictly necessary cookies: to keep a household's invitation open on their device (up to 180 days) and to keep hosts signed in. They are not used for advertising or to track you across other websites.
Our website analytics do not use cookies and do not identify individual visitors.
10. How long we keep it
We keep personal data for as long as it is needed for the purposes in this policy: a site's content and replies for as long as the site exists, and mailing-list details until you unsubscribe. Data is deleted on request where we are not required to keep it. Deleted data is removed from our live systems promptly and from backups on their normal cycle.
11. Your rights
You may request access to, or correction or deletion of, your personal data, and withdraw consent at any time. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to restrict or object to its processing, to receive a copy in a portable format, and to complain to your data protection authority.
To make a request, write to privacy@gotinylabs.com. We may need to verify your identity, and we respond within 30 days. Guests may also contact the couple directly.
12. Children
The Service is not directed at children, and hosts must be at least 16. A couple or parent may include a child's name and meal choice in a household, and this is used only for that celebration. To have a child's details removed, write to privacy@gotinylabs.com.
13. Security
We protect personal data with appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit and at rest and restricted access. We will notify the relevant authority and affected individuals of a data breach where the law requires.
14. Changes and contact
We may update this policy from time to time. We will revise the date above and notify hosts of material changes.
