Terms of use

1. Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and TINYLabs ("TINYLabs", "we", "us") for the use of Love at First (Site) ("the Service"). By using the Service, including creating or managing a site or replying to an invitation, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy policy.

Hosts sign in with a TINYLabs account, to which the TINYLabs Terms of Service also apply. Where the two conflict on a matter specific to the Service, these terms prevail.

2. Definitions

• Site: a website created on the Service for a celebration.
• Host: a person who creates or helps manage a site.
• Guest: a person invited to a site, including members of their household.
• Content: anything added to a site, including text, photos, guest details and replies.

3. Accounts and eligibility

Hosts must be at least 16 years old and able to enter into these terms. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in details secure, and you should tell us promptly of any unauthorised use. Guests do not need an account.

4. Using the Service

• Some settings, such as a site's web address, may not be changeable once set.
• We may refuse or reclaim a web address that is misleading, offensive or infringes the rights of others.
• Hosts are responsible for the helpers they invite and the access they grant them.
• We may set reasonable limits on use of the Service.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of your content. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt and display it solely to operate and provide the Service. The licence ends when the content is deleted, subject to backup copies that expire in the ordinary course. We do not use your content to train artificial intelligence models, or to promote the Service without your permission.

You confirm that:

• you have the rights and permissions needed for the content you add, including from people who appear in photos;
• you have a lawful basis to add each guest's details, and will use guests' replies only for your celebration;
• your content is lawful and does not infringe the rights of others.

6. Guests

Replies and messages you send through a site are shared with its hosts. Please reply only for members of your household and keep your personal link private. Whether a reply can be changed, and until when, is decided by the hosts.

7. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service to:

• harass, threaten or harm others, or send unsolicited messages;
• publish content that is unlawful, sexually explicit, hateful or infringing;
• impersonate any person, or create a site for a purpose other than a genuine celebration;
• collect personal data for purposes unrelated to your celebration;
• access sites or data you are not authorised to access, interfere with security, or overload the Service;
• copy, scrape, reverse engineer or resell the Service or any part of it.

We may remove content, suspend a site or close an account that breaches these terms.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, designs, illustrations and text, is owned by TINYLabs or its licensors. You may use it only to create and share your own site. Any feedback you give us may be used without obligation to you.

9. Fees

Any fees for the Service, and the terms that apply to them, will be shown to you before you are charged.

10. Changes to the Service

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service. If we discontinue the Service, we will give reasonable notice and an opportunity to export your content.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time, and hosts may request deletion of a site by writing to privacy@gotinylabs.com. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. On termination, a site's links stop working and its content is deleted as described in our Privacy policy. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TINYLabs is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including loss of data, and our total liability arising from the Service is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and SGD 100. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify TINYLabs against claims, losses and costs arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these terms or of the rights of others.

14. Third-party services

The Service may link to third-party services, such as maps and calendars. Their use is governed by their own terms.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

16. General

• We may update these terms. We will revise the date above and notify hosts of material changes; continued use means acceptance.
• If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
• A failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it.
• You may not assign these terms without our consent. We may assign them in connection with a reorganisation, merger or sale.
• We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
